Position: Client Care Coordinator (Full Time AND Part Time)

Details:
• Answer phones
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Update customer database
• Clean hearing aids and minor repairs
• Process paperwork
• Manage battery and accessory sales transactions
• Communicate product and promotional information to customers
• Keep store and product/accessory displays stocked, neat and organized
• Close clinic according to established procedures
• Use company systems to process sales and gather customer information
• Coordinate with full time staff to ensure outstanding requests are handled appropriately

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to adapt to change
• Customer service experience
• Interest in the health services field (i.e. Dental, Optical or Hearing clinics)

Job Summary:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about Tap4deal services, promote services and appropriately resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Essential Job Functions:
• Understand “Tap4deal” procedures while promoting the program to clients by providing thorough explanations to clients.
• Perform kiosk booth opening and closing procedures
• Promote and assist users and members within the mall with questions regarding the platforms
• Successfully follow and execute provided marketing campaigns
• Provide full attention to the user or member complaints with on the spot resolutions.
• Provide a friendly and comfortable environment when dealing with clients
• Perform basic maintenance to kiosk booths, which consists of and is not limited to: changing thermal printing paper and maintaining a clean and inviting environment (declutter kiosk booth and clean surface of kiosk booth).
• Transportation of collected coupons to be delivered to IT department representative.
• Journalize users on going feedback to management.
Other Skills/Abilities:
• Competent in basic computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The Successful Candidate should possess the following:
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service oriented environment.
• Customer oriented
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to display confidence when in a public speaking environment
• Good organization skills and strong time-management techniques
• Works well under pressure and a fast-paced environment
