Now Hiring – Store Sales Manager
 
The Store Sales Manager reports to the District Sales Manager and is responsible for building and coaching the team, driving top line sales, upholding customer service excellence and maximizing the bottom line profit margin through effective store operations by surpassing sales objectives and implementing creative visual merchandising set-ups. The SSM is responsible for leading a team of 6-20 employees, which may include Assistant Sales Managers and Full/Part-time Sales Associates.

·        Accountable with proven leadership and management skills
·        Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
·        Well-rounded marketing, visual presentation and inventory skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
·        3-5 years retail management experience in women’s specialty retail preferred.
·        University degree or College diploma in business administration, retail management or related field preferred.
·        Must be flexible to work evening and weekend shifts to support the business needs.
